Rhubarb Crumble
Everyone will love this rhubarb crumble recipe. If you fancy putting a twist on the classic why not add orange rind and juice, chopped stem ginger to the rhubarb or add a handful of chopped nuts to the crumble for a tasty variation.

Ingredients
550g | Rhubarb |
3tbsp | Water |
125g | Plain White Flour |
75g | Unsalted Butter |
50g | Demerara Sugar |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5).
- Cut the rhubarb into 5cm chunks and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the sugar and 3 tbsp water.
- To make the crumble place the butter, flour and sugar in a mixing bowl and rub the butter into the flour with your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spoon onto the rhubarb and bake for 35-45 mins until golden brown.
