We can't shout about this easy no-bake vanilla cheesecake recipe enough. Not only is it a bakeless cheesecake, giving you (and the cheesecake) chilling time while it's in the fridge, it's also blooming scrumptious.&nbsp;

The stollen originates from&nbsp;Germany, where for centuries&nbsp;it has been eaten during the&nbsp;Christmas season. The spiced&nbsp;loaf, originally round in shape,&nbsp;is thought to originate from the&nbsp;14th century, and is often referred&nbsp;to as Christollen or Striezel. To reduce your cooking time, you could buy pre-made candied orange peel instead of making it. You could also marinate the sultanas well in advance of making the&nbsp;stollen. &nbsp;

Don't worry though, no real Brussel Sprouts were harmed in the making of these, they are actually made of the most incredible tasting chocolate and peanut butter truffle, using our favourite local Proper Nutty Peanut Butter. Coat with green candy melts and decorate with little faces to really bring them to life.
We made our own Madiera cake for this recipe - and used about 1/3. But any plain chocolate cake will do as long as it isn't too moist. The crumbs need to be fairly dry. The undecorated balls will keep for one week in the fridge. Once decorated, the truffles should be eaten within 5 days.
