This zesty Lemon Citrus Syrup is great in cocktails, mocktails or served with sparkling water for a take on homemade lemonade.
For the Lemonade
1. Pop the lemons (rind and all), sugar and 500ml water into a food processor. Whizz away until the lemons are finely chopped.
2. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a bowl, then press through as much juice as you can.
3. Top up with the rest of the water and serve with ice and fruit slices.
