For the Flapjacks
|25g||Half Spoon Sugar|
- Melt the butter, syrup, honey, Half Spoon and vanilla in a saucepan on a gentle heat.
- Roughly chop the apricots & pistachios and mix with the mixed spice and oats. Add the melted butter mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 18cm square baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC (Fan 160ºC/Gas Mark 4) until golden and slightly crisp around the edges.
- Leave to cool in the tin for 10 minutes then mark into 20 squares, leave to cool completely before removing.
