How to make Buttercream

Perfect for fairy cakes, cup cakes, and victoria sponges.


• 75 grams Butter softened
• 175 grams Silver Spoon Homegrown Icing Sugar
• Few drops of Vanilla Extract

  1. Place the softened butter in a bowl and beat until soft.
  2. Gradually sift and beat in the icing sugar, then add a few drops of vanilla extract. You can add a little milk or water to give a fluffy consistency.
