Choc Fudge Cookies: whisk 175g butter with 150g Silver Spoon Caster Sugar until creamy. Stir in 2 egg yolks, 50g ground almonds, 50g Silver Spoon choc chips, 50g Silver Spoon Mini Fudge Chunks and 225g of self-raising flour. Mix well and roll into walnut-size balls. Flatten slightly onto a baking tray, brush with milk and bake at 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4 for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
