This ready rolled disc of white sugar paste icing means you can now cover a cake without using a rolling pin!
The disc will cover a 20cm (8inch) round cake.
If covering a cake base, brush the cake with a little boiled apricot glaze or jam. If covering marzipan: dampen the marzipan layer with cool, boiled water. Then gradually smooth over the top and sides. Quick and easy!

To achieve a perfect edge for your cupcake icing tops, use bakery cutters to cut shapes from Ready Rolled Icing. Use buttercream to attach the icing top to the cake.
